Hi Victoria, Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clear things up as well. Yes, the website states products are shipped out normally within 3 to 5 days. But as I have explained in my reply to your email, we are a small team that processes hundreds of orders every day. Since the Christmas season is coming, there has been a sudden surge of orders these past few weeks and it is now taking around 7-9 days for the production of our products since they are mostly made-to-order. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding your statement that you can't contact anyone, I have also explained in my reply that the customer service staff are working remotely from a different country/timezone. It was around midnight in my location when you sent your email and we were not online during those times. Upon checking the timestamps of your emails, there is only a one hour gap between your inquiry and when you placed a dispute case against our bank. If you have been more patient, we would have received a reply from us within 24 hours. Also, there is no statement in our website saying we are online 24 hours for customer inquiries and we could reply instantly. Moving forward, we have closed your dispute case against us and we have issued your refund. I wish you the best in life. Thank you and have an awesome day!
