Hi Shannel, Thank you so much for another (and awesome, I must say) review. We greatly appreciate it. I'm glad you were able to receive it on time before Christmas. Regarding the size, we apologize for the inaccuracy. Since our products are made-to-order, a discrepancy of 2-3cm happens from time to time. Having said that, we do our best to match the size chart 100%. One factor of this inaccuracy is that we are overbooked with lots of orders this peak season. So we do our best to speed things up on our end. Everything should go smoothly again next month onwards. Nonetheless, I will forward this concern to the correct department to prevent it from happening again. Thank you so much for everything, Shannel. It was a real pleasure working with you.
