Steph is amazing! Whatever you’re paying her, double it! I had an issue with my delivery which was entirely my fault so what does she do? Steps in and helps me change my address, issue persists and I check in and guess what?! Steph arranges for a new delivery! Problem solved Will definitely be shopping with Saint and Vale again!

Had ordered shoes with a white sole when shoes arrived they weren't. I called & texted customer service where Steph introduced himself to me.He explained to me that in the pics I was right the soles were white not the color I received. He said they had new manufacturers & pics were not updated yet. Steph said no problem exchanging & he would take care of it. The next day I saw my replacements on their way. In a age where customer service is lacking between AI & calls don't get through I found it refreshing that someone stepped up & fixed the problem immediately . Thanx Robert D

Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. I recently purchased a pair of shoes and trousers from Saint + Vale. The shoes exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, comfort, and design. Unfortunately, the trousers were not the right fit for me and did not match what I had envisioned. What truly impressed me was the way the customer support team handled the situation. Steph was incredibly kind, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. Every message was thoughtful, clear, and focused on finding the best solution. The issue was resolved quickly and fairly, with a level of customer care that is becoming increasingly rare nowadays. It is evident that Saint + Vale genuinely values its customers and takes pride in providing a positive experience. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products backed by outstanding customer service. Thank you, Steph and the Saint + Vale team.

Top-Customer Service!!! This is one of those companies that have great IG ads and get you to buy their shoes. It did exactly that, there was a bit of a problem with the shipping and the company handled it so well. The agent followed up, was patient and helpful. Even when my order was lost they immedeatly sent a replacement order, and gave me a discount on the next order. Because of that I would give them a 5 start review!

I received the shoes I ordered. Great quality but the fit was not what I was expecting. Absolutely nothing wrong with the shoes; it was more of a personal preference. Steph from customer service was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Extremely helpful and gave me 3 different options to initiate my return. By far one of the best customer service offered by any company. I will be ordering from Saint & Vale again.

Had a shipping delay with my order, saw that the shipping service was from overseas, and honestly thought I may have been semi scammed. However, customer service was very quick to respond, explained the context of the delay, and offered a bunch of solutions (ranging from a full refund if I canceled, a partial refund for the inconvenience, or a gift card of fairly high value)
