Excellent claim experience.
Melanie was very kind and proactive. She explained to me the process and took the time to clearly explain some questions regarding the process. At all time I felt taken care off. Later, after the inspection, she called back to see how the inspection process have been taken care of and if I had any other concerns. After the process was finished, she explained the last steps and was kind to answer any question as arised. Really surprised with Melanie and all SageSure customer care and transparent and fast processing. Many thanks, Carlos A.

Kaylene was so understanding when I…
Kaylene was so understanding when I called. I have had issues getting things done with customer service recently and told her that. She promised to call me back just to keep me informed. She acutally called me twice during the day. Once to confirm progress, and the second to confirm request was completed. Thanks sooooo much..........

BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!! While neighbors are having claims approved by their respective insurance companies, SageSure issues a “full denial” for a similar claim. This company even denies that there was a storm.

Most dishonest insurance company…
Most dishonest insurance company company I ever dealt with. First they increase you home police by $3000 and forget to tell you about it. And when you cancel they do everything to delay on refund. They tell you that check will be out in 2-3 days. Then when you call again they tell you that maybe they forgot to send it. But this time they send it for sure and mailing will take 10- 14 days. They using your money for profit and will lie to customer as long as they can.
