After I filed the claim, an adjuster was assigned. Soon the adjuster called and assigned a appraisal to came by to inspect the property. Two days later an appraiser came by, inspected. Wasn't long the adjuster called and informed and explained to me what I was going to expect in the claim and the payment was issued. That was fast and efficient. Great company recommended to anyone looking for a home insurance .

Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. I reported my loss March 7, 2025, and my claim was resolved April 16, 2025. My claims adjuster responded quickly to any questions I had about the process. My roof was replaced and solar panels have been reattached. My neighbors and I reported our claims on the same day. They are still having issues State Farm. Sage Sure will always be my first choice for Insurance.

I started a chat today with a rep to find out the status of a refund check. I left feedback regarding the bad experience on that chat. However in less than 30 mins I was beyond impressed to receive a phone call regarding the feedback I left. Debra wanted to address my issue and was very pleasant to hear what I had to say and also resolve the issue with the refund check. I often leave feedback good or bad but I had never received a phone call after leaving feedback to address the situation. I was very impressed. I wish all companies did this. It demonstrates how much the company cares and it's willingness to work on issues like this to make a difference. That is very much appreciated. Thank you Debra for going above and beyond. My homeowners insurance has been increasing every year but this year it went from $14,000 a year to 33,800! And they just did autopay for $7000 the first month then $3000 for the next 9 months! How is this legal??? I would not reccomend this company.

Everything was wonderful except for 1 major part of the claim. During the claim process (about 1 month total), I was only able to get in contact with my claims adjuster a total of 3 times - once to do the initial discussion, to schedule the mitigation team, and then to get set up with housing. All information regarding my claim was given to me by the lovely claims line personnel. Without a proper claims adjuster, I was highly uninformed of the process and what I needed to do during the process. I eventually had to get in contact with the director to get my claim payments and was met with excuses rather than a proper explanation. Other than the extreme unprofessionalism shown to me by the claims adjuster and director, Sagesure did ensure that everything was taken care of in regards to housing and assistance.
