Unfortunately in Louisiana, insurance companies have a horrible reputation. Premiums consistently increase and if you have a claim, they make it difficult or impossible to recoup your damages. In my experience, SageSure has been an exception. I just received my final settlement check in the mail from my air conditioner being struck by lightning. It wouldn’t have taken nearly as long if I hadn’t been the one dragging my feet! The adjuster, Michelle Church, was such a delight and made the entire nightmare as painless as possible. She contacted me when she said she would and walked me through the steps I needed to provide the proper documentation. I can’t say enough good things about SageSure.

Adequate service was provided but the cost of sending the structural engineer was, in my opinion, a waste of your money when the roofer and independent adjuster had already suggested a full roof replacement. No wonder our insurance costs go up.

The initial review documents received for my new home policy were different than the final documents they sent. I have attempted contacting them multiple times in the past 2 days with no success. Instead, I get offers from a variety of other companies when I call their customer service line or disconnected. If this company isn't a scam, I would be completely surprised that they are in business. Extremely disappointing.

Worst Home Insurance I ever had. They denied my roof damage claim citing it's not storm related but dues to mechanical damage. How the hello it can be mechanical damage when it's storming and raining almost everyday heavily for past couple of months in Virginia beach, VA. I tried to talk to supervisor but the claim officer did not allow me to contact the supervisor and said he already talked to supervisor and their is nothing he could do. I ended up paying out of pocket $7k for roof replacement. They are useless, Don not trust them and do not buy hone Insurance from them. The claim officer Clint Brennan is someone who wouldn't even listen to what you want yo say eventhough you are the client and paying the insurance every month and literally helping make millions of dollars to this insurance companies. I am very disappointed and frustrated. I wish I didn't get home insurance from them i regret it.
