We understand your frustration and want to clarify what has already been done on our end. Your order was shipped insured, and according to USPS tracking, the package was delivered and signed for. We asked for your USPS claim number so we could assist further, but we did not receive that information from you. We’re always happy to help, but since the carrier shows the package as delivered, the next step is to file a claim directly with USPS so they can investigate. Once you have a claim number, feel free to share it with us and we’ll do whatever we can to support you through the process.
