I had heard from friends what a wonderful store this is, and I was not disappointed. Their selection is unsurpassed and if you are looking for a new watch, Sage Jewelers is the place to visit. They have a great selection of jewelry, but the real highlight is that it’s a watch lover’s dream.

Great Customer Service
I have been going to Sage Jewelers for quite some time. I have purchased jewelry from there and had many repairs, sizing, and cleanings done. I was going to pick up my sized rings. They closed at 5 pm and I was stuck in traffic. They waited for me. I was so happy as I do not live close. I applaud them for their customer service. Their repair work is quality and done in a reasonable time frame.

Beautiful jewelry, Excellent Service
I’ve always loved Sage Jewelers, I have many beautiful unique pieces of jewelry from them. Top notch service always, in fact today I stopped in just before closing to get a charm from a necklace cleaned. They took it and cleaned it right then and there, I was prepared to leave it with them, it is brilliant and looks like new! Thank you Sage!

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I ordered a watch online for a gift. I was told days later that my address was wrong because I didn’t have an apartment number. Because guess what? I don’t live in an apartment. I called to verify this information as soon as they opened the very next day and was told that Victor who handles online sales was out and would get back to me. After 3 days of me calling Victor told me that the watch had been sold already and there was nothing they can do. So I paid for a watch that should have been removed from the sales floor instead they collected money and left it on display for sale. I have a huge problem with that. There was no accountability and honestly gives the company a horrible reputation. The birthday is tomorrow and it left me with no time to replace the item. They didn’t even have the decency to call me to tell me they sold it.

I want to respond clearly and factually so there’s no confusion about what happened.
When the order was placed for the Pepsi watch, the shipping address came through as an apartment complex in the Bronx without an apartment number. Because of that, we could not ship the item. Victor called and left you a voicemail explaining that the payment information needed to be updated before we could proceed, and he also sent an email stating the same.
In that message, he explained that the order would be refunded and the order would need to be placed again once the payment address was corrected. You later contacted one of our staff members and mentioned the address was off by one number and that you do not live in an apartment complex. However, a new order was not placed with the correct payment address information.
Because the order remained incomplete and unprocessed, the watch was eventually purchased online by another customer. As you know, this particular Pepsi model is limited edition and high demand.
When I spoke with you directly, I asked if you had received the voicemail, and you confirmed that you had. During our conversation there was no frustration expressed, and I offered to help you find another watch or contact you immediately if we receive another Pepsi in the future.
I understand the disappointment, especially with a birthday involved. That part is unfortunate. But the order could not move forward without the required updates, and we did make attempts to communicate that.
If you’d like us to keep an eye out for another Pepsi or help you select something comparable, we’re happy to do that.
