Convenient, plenty of spare equipment in testing room, ability to go at my own pace , clear instructions for entry and helpful customer service.

The class was very informative
The class was very informative. I did appreciate the style of teaching. The combination of virtual and hands on instruction was well done. My instructor Georgia was very encouraging and knowledgeable. I would recommend this program to anyone who is seeking training in BLS & First Aide as well as any emergency response training. Because of my training I am confident in an emergency situation I would be able to respond accordingly.

Please fix these things
The computer sitting arrangement is terrible. Go try sitting in the chair at the computer for 4 hours and your neck will strain just like mine did. Poor ergonomic workstation in terms of computer desk learning. The other 2 challenges are the laptop itself has lost its sensitivity to touch on the pad. Took multiple xtra taps to register answers. There is no back button to review vs and info on the case studies. I could not always recall everything the scenario provided to answer the questions correctly.
