BMW told me $1400 for new seat belts and $500 for a new airbag module. I was shocked at how expansive these components are. Found these guys on the web and they did all that work for me for under $400. I can not thank these guys enough keep up the great work and you will Always have my business.

Safety Restore does very shady business. Customer service is a joke you've got a guy who puts people on hold without saying anything or is extremely rude. As for the seatbelt repair, also a joke. I sent my seatbelts to be repaired when I was told they COULD be repaired only to get them back with nothing to indicate otherwise assuming they were fixed and when I went to install the seatbelts they were NOT fixed. I called the business regarding this only to be met with hostility. If you go through the reviews on sites you'll also see reviews from the same people who WORK there, I've got family in the area where I this business is located who has informed me of this, I went with this company on the recommendation of family and sadly to say for once that was a mistake. why would a business try to get ratings up like this is beyond shady not to mention they have a lot of negative ratings on the BBB website which tells you something. Stay away from this place and go somewhere else if you want better service and not worry about the safety of yourself and your family.

We are a team of honest and God-fearing men and your safety is our #1 priority. Being one of the first seat belt repair service providers in America gives us the experience necessary to distinguish appropriate and safe repairs on all seat belt types. Though your seat belt model may be compatible, the internal damage surpasses the safety inspections. Once again - I apologize about this occurrence. I would like to further extend my apologies at the "hostility" you've been met with coming from our customer service providers. I am embarrassed to hear this came from us as customer service is everything to us. We survive off word-of-mouth recommendations and so customer service is everything to us. We are relocating from one location to another and have been very busy working overtime and stressed trying to get everything ready for July 1. This could very well be the reason you've experienced such unprofessionalism with our company. I take full responsibility for this and understand that this is not an excuse. As far as BBB goes, please understand that it's a site dedicated for complaints. Only unsatisfied customers go there and BBB seeks business accreditation to give them appropriate rating. We refuse to pay the accreditation fee because that is not fair. We strive for honesty. Regarding reviews that come from people that work here may be due to proud employees - but over and over from th same people is simply not true. We have hundreds to thousands of satisfied customers, with over 97% of them satisfied, 3% is still a good chunk to see negativity. And as we all know, it will mostly be the unsatisfied customers leaving the reviews - not the satisfied ones. Having said this, I ask that you please give me an opportunity to work this out with you. Your satisfaction is everything to us and I want to do everything I can as a manager to get this problem resolved. Safety restore saved me hundreds when 2 other companies failed. Call me old school but I need to have a good old voice to go along with a business. Jeff's been my to-go man that guided me through every step until I mailed my belts out and I'm happy I did and will continue to do so from here on on. After a nightmare experience with a company from NY who had my parts for over 2 weeks and couldn't do anything and another who posed to be safety restore, I am glad I found the real deal and can now stick with the guys I trust. Another set on the way after a successful repair.

After being scammed, humiliated and lied to by SRSMODULE.COM that also ruined my seat belts (first and last time doing business with) I was desperate to find a company that repairs seat belts after accident. I work with a ton of salvage cars! I googled and researched many companies to find one that could provide safe and quality repairs. I kept coming across safetyrestore and thought I'd give them a try.
