I called and explained i will send 1 belt to repair and 1 to use for parts. They told me to lable the belts, include the instructions eletronically and printed. I got 1 belt back not repaired but rewebbed. I called right away and Alex was able to track down the "parts" belt. I sent the rewebbed belt back and Alex was able to transfer 1 part from old belt to rewebbed belt - problem solved! Thanks Alex.

I had a bump in the road with this company, but they reached out and went above and beyond to resolve the problem. They were not able to repair my seatbelt, but were very concerned about customer service. I would definitely recommend this company.
