I was looking to replace the webbing for the two front seats in my car with custom seats. I wasn’t sure which “red” I wanted, so I took my belts out of my car, along with the headrest and went to Safety Restore in person. It was worth the nearly three hour drive. The gentlemen at the shop was great, showed me two samples and I was able to match the right one. In less than an hour and a half, the new webbing was installed and looked amazing. This company is full of helpful people that go above and beyond to help you and ensure their services are the best. All other companies ignored my pleas for help in breaking down items for shipping. Safety Restore walked me through step by step and told me the necessary tools to complete the disassembly. I have used their service for seat belt repair and SRS control module reset. I highly recommend them as they are not only courteous but deliver quality products with a fast turn around time at very competitive pricing.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Safety Restore. My safety belt on my 1995 Toyota Tacoma had unraveled and would not wind back up. I looked into buying a new belt and that costs about as much as the truck was worth! I looked into a junk yard purchase and finding one was impossible. I came upon Safety Restore on a Google search and telephoned the company and spoke to the owner. He instructed me on what they did, the cost, and where to send the belt. Because of snow conditions my belt was returned a little later than their predictions. I installed the belt myself saving big money. I still had a problem with the belt rewinding as it should. I telephoned the company and they were very understanding and in fact returned my money, all the time trying to figure out the problem. They indicated that it could be a dirty belt and I followed their lead and I washed the belt in a bucket of soapy water. Now the belt works great and I feel badly that they refunded my money. I recommend that you look at their employee photo on line and notice that they appear to be a U.S. company with all clean cut, handsome U.S. employees. May God bless this Company and our country.

I own a 2014 Lexus LS 460. I am rebuilding this car after it had been in an accident, and 3 out of the 4 seat belts locked up. I also bought a parts Lexus to grab parts off of to control my costs. However, when it came to the rear seat belts, it was definitely not a do-it-yourself job as the belts couldn't be swapped out with the ones in my parts Lexus because the seat belts were different colors. Needless to say, I searched online for used seat belts, and they would've cost me $840 to replace them. I found this company, Safety Restore, on Ebay, and they mentioned they repair belts for a fraction of the cost, around $50/each. Almost all positive reviews I read, and a few negative. The negative had to do with shipping times and it taking longer than expected. However, I am aware that airbags, and these seat belts need to be shipped a different method because of the hazardous content in them, so naturally they would take longer. I tried calling them, but they really were busy, so I recommend texting them. There is a number they provide that you can text them. Just to verify that they are legitimate, I texted them, and they texted me right back and gave me easy instructions to add a note inside my package with the eBay order number. I shipped my belts to arrive on a Friday, and then I surprisingly received it back on the following Tuesday. I think Safety Restore is based in Massachusetts, and I am in Las Vegas. I was very surprised to get them back so quickly. I took the car to the Lexus dealership to reset the codes, and happily, they cleared all the codes out. I am driving my car now. I am taking the time to write this lengthy post because I think they are a truly honest and reliable company. When I looked them up on Google Maps, they appear to have a small building, but that means their costs are also lower. I will certainly recommend them for any seat belt repairs, or if they have other similar services, I would not hesitate to go back to them. Thank you team at Safety Restore!
