I replaced the front seat belts on my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Safety Restore communicated clearly with me at every step of the process. They matched the belt color perfectly. And they work great! This has to be the most professional company I have ever done business with. The level of customer service is outstanding, quality of craftsmanship is excellent, turnaround time is fast and the price is very reasonable!!!

Customer service is terrible!!! They commit to a 24hr turn around, which is a complete lie. They have had my repair since 8/11/2020 (now it is 8/19) and every time I call no one can tell me what the status is, if it has been shipped, or even if the repair has been done. All I can get out of anyone there is than that they have my seatbelt. I have received no communication from this company other than to confirm they received my repair. Today the guy that answered the phone hung up on me after telling me he couldn’t tell me anything about my repair (this is the 2nd time this has happened to me)?!? Every time I call I am given the run around and told to call back when one of their managers is there. Curiously, after 3 calls they never have a manager there nor has anyone called me back. Stay away from this company!!!! They are a complete fraud!

Honestly, this is one of the most satisfying purchases I've made. All the times I change items on the car that I don't always get to see or feel, but having something that I touch and see every time I drive just feels more satisfying than a hugely expensive purchase. I've gotten a few compliments and questions asking how I did that. They have a flat rate cost for any of their color change seat belt replacement. when they say 24-hour turn around they aren't kidding. They are on top of their email communications informing me of the current progress. The whole process of receiving, replacing, and returning took way less than two days TOPS. They even offered to ship with a different carrier when I requested it. If you want a simple mod to your car this really makes it stand out this is the way to go. Honestly, you won't regret it. Just want to throw this out to anyone who is checking this for any specific things to look out for. Good to have a buddy help you who knows how to work with airbags and how to remove it. they have some guides online i think but they inform you in advance on how to take it out, remember how to do it, don't extend the seatbelt too much. just precautionary things to look out for so no self errors occur and you blame them for it. over all perfect purchase

spoke over the phone was reassured about some caution that should be used when shipping the OEM since for Honda's they can be very sensitive, fast return saved a good, i recommend if your willing too wait it out while part is shipped
