I wish there were more than five stars to reflect my opinion of Safety Rail Company (SRC) and their representative Alysa Wilbur. In May of 2020 our condo building had an extremely complicated situation with our building facade access and fall protection system, which seemed to slightly change with every week. Nevertheless, Alysa and SRC worked diligently to come up with the perfect solution to our problem, even though the decision making from our side was very slow due to the complex nature of our issues. Alysa and SRC were always there when I needed them. We spoke at least once each week about the project, and I have to say I even called Alysa when there was nothing new going on just because it didn't seem right to let a week go by! I could go on and on, however, let me close by saying if non penetrating guardrails, gates and ladders are a need of yours, you will be in excellent hands with SRC and Alysa Wilbur! A special nod to the management team that supports Alysa, including Patrick Deering.
