Buy from someone else. 3 months have passed and I still don't have a title. Not a professional company and plan to be on hold for an extended time.

Ordered a motorized Dewey. It came with no instructions or manual. When I called Saferwholesales I was told that the Dewey wasn't even made to have a motor on it..... Now how would a person reply to that? I give them a 9.....out of a possible 100. A joke.

Ordered a trailer dolly and paid in full December 10 with them saying it was in stock and would be received in 8-15 business days. After a month I tried to track my package and called a couple times never getting anywhere, finally 41 days later I got ahold of a manager. I was told by a employee that my order was sitting on the loading dock right at that moment (what a coincidence after 41 days🤔) I told them to cancel my order and refund me, but the manager said it was too late and was being sent, if I wanted to return it after it showed up, I could pay for shipping and stocking fees. After I told him to just cancel it, he said to F off and I will lose this battle because this happens to them all the time. Still don’t have the item and wish I would have read the reviews before ordering! Also, turns out they lost their BBB standing 2 years ago because of customer service. Never again!

I hope no on ever goes through what I have. I paid $5700 for my golf cart and it still will not run after 3 years. I had to get new batteries and it still won’t run for more than 2 miles. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Be careful! Fraudulent!!!

Safer Wholesale was great to work with... I worked through their site, selected what we wanted easily and ordered it. To my surprise they called me to verify my order and guide me through what to expect and verify what I was ordering was what I thought I was needing... nice touch on such large purchases. I appreciated the guidance and consultation. Then their delivery process and tracking was spot on! Very good experience and I will certainly come back to them for future purchases.
