I purchased the 125 Mini Jeep I can't even make it 3 doors down without stalling out and having a heck of a time getting it restarted ... I called customer service just ask a couple questions and they told me to take it in and have it looked at I find that to be BS considering I haven't even Been able to take it for a normal ride My son is disappointed and so am I!!!!

I ordered a heavy duty motorized Trailer Dolly. According to the website, it would work for the hitch weight and overall weight of my trailer. When received, it would not work. I contacted "Jon the Parts Guy" to see if it was something I was doing wrong. I provided a full spec sheet for my trailer and offered pictures showing my flat, level paved parking area. He informed me that there is a "typo" in the online and that the unit would not handle my trailer. My hitch weight is 720 Pounds. The description says it will handle 750 pounds. My trailer weighs 7400 with tanks full...tanks are empty. Here is Jon's Email to me. Hello, This is a typo in the ad. I will have to get that changed it should state only 700LB's. The 10,000 unit from us is not going to work if the our other unit doesn't work as the Hitch weight doesn't change from unit to unit. The weight it can pull is the only thing that changes. So this will not work for you if the other one doesn't. I have been a specialist in this item for 4 years now, I know that it seems like it would work but the weight that our unit is made compared to the Parkit 360 unit is where the Ball hitch is and we can't just change that. So really going with the 10,000 LB Parkit 360 is going to be the best item for what you are trying to do. Please fill out that claim ticket so that they can work out the exchange out with you. So, long story short, I got to pay to ship the unit to me ($183.21) and pay to ship it back ($183.21). If the description is inaccurate, I think they should have paid the freight as the error was theirs. Please note, the hitch weight listed on their website is still 750 pounds, not the corrected 700 pounds that Jon said it should be. Now, I will give them credit for not charging me the restocking fee which would have been another $300! Bottom line, I spent $366.42 for something that will not do what the online description says it will.

I baught a 2017 200 cc Big Boy Buggy & have had a lot of problems with it.If anyone baught one you need to do this !! On top of the gas tank,mine has a rubber plug about 2.5 inches wide besides the fuel cap. Get a small screw driver & remove it !!! Its for a float for fuel guage & mine doesn't have a fuel guage. The reason for removing is the plug is glued in & it will come loose & fuel will go on muffler,mine did.Went to ace hardware & baught a tapered rubber plug with ribs & fits well & doesn't leak gas.

As in many of the reviews, I am not necessarily upset with the product. The product appears to be of decent quality. I purchased the 200 Go Kart Big 170cc Go Cart Adult Full Size 4 Seater Dune Buggy - DF200GHA and found the kart to be a decent product. It was listed as a 200cc cart which was not what it is. It is a 170cc cart. It also has a top speed listed as "up to 37 MPH" which is quiet a bit higher than it's actual capability. It tops out at around 28 MPH. I feel there is a little scam going on for the delivery process. The sale price charged me for delivery but then when they called to confirm the order they said it couldn't be delivered to a residential location without paying an additional $250.00. Reluctantly, I agreed to pay the fee, but feel there is dishonesty in the delivery fee initially charged. When the delivery came via UPS it was in a large metal constructed crate in parts which I expected. What I didn't expect is that the delivery person would not be able to get the crate to my easily accessible garage without my assistance loading it onto his dolly. 780lbs was more than he could maneuver to get it on the lift gate and positioned so he could get the dolly under it. I assisted even though I had paid over $300 for the delivery of the item. When I opened the product, it appeared just as advertised; in parts. I expected that and understood the task at hand would require some mechanical knowledge to put it together. Having just that, I began inspecting the parts. Everything appeared to be in tact. As I looked and looked and looked, THERE WAS NO INSTRUCTION MANUAL!!! ZILCH, NADA, NONE! I promptly requested one through the site and was referred to place a ticket, which I did. The next day, I was sent an instruction manual for a different cart. Here was what the email said : Hello, Thanks for filling this ticket out. This is the parts manager here. We do not have this here in or system. I have sent this to the manufacturer. I have sent an email to the manufacturer to see if they have this. As soon as I hear from them I will email that Information right over to you. Have a good day. Thanks Jon the parts manager The instructions sent were similar but not for the cart I had. When I requested additional assistance this was the response: Hello, The assembly video is what it is. We do not make these items we only sell them. We "try" to tell everyone that they may need someone with mechanical background to help them with assembly. We try our best with anything that we get in house with is like 5% of the items that we sell. I have sent the email over to the manufacturer about the top end speed. As soon as I get trouble shooting of information on this I will email it right over to you. Have a good day. The company indicates that they can be contacted but it is nearly impossible to get a solid answer or correcting answer from them. I still have not received the correct assembly instructions! It's been almost a month!!!!!
