I am giving a 3. 5 for the Coupe and 1 for customer service. I had to call in to ask a question about shipping the vehicle. Representative on a recorded line said she could not help me. At all. Completely useless and rude. They don't appreciate your business, so I would recommend you not give them your business.

I bought a new 250 enduro from saferwholesale. The Hawk 250. They didnt put front forks together correctly so I took it back and they fixed it. It had a problem charging the battery. I took it back under warranty and thwy gave me new battery. The bike still would not charge the battery. Problem was never fixed so I sold the bike. I lived 2 hours away so driving back often was a problem for me.
