Prior to ordering the Road Sofa heated extended reach seat for my 2024 Road Glide they said it would take 3-4 weeks to get to me. I started receiving emails 2 days after I placed the order keeping me up to date on all the details, it was great. They sent me an email around 4 business days after I placed the order giving me tracking information. I received the seat 8 days after placing the order. It arrived packaged very well. The instructions were easy to follow and the install went smoothly. I've only put around 400 miles on the seat so far and it's everything I've expected.

I ordered a new seat for my Hayabusa it took about 4 weeks to arrive in to the UK and was well packaged and secure. The fitment was easy with me just having to remove two grommets from my original seat to add to the new seat and it fitted perfectly. I had no problems with this transaction. Definitely worth the money as I'm much more comfortable on the bike.

While Touring in Europe, I bought my first Saddlemen Sissy Bar Bag. As my requirements changed , I have bought more (bigger) Saddlemen Bags. I've bought 4 in total, for different length of trips. Quality is always perfect ! Thank You !

Exceptional service and premium-quality seat! I recently ordered an explorer seat for my Sportster, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Despite the distance from the US to the UK, the delivery time was a mere two weeks. Throughout the manufacturing process, I received regular updates on my order status, keeping me informed every step of the way. The seat arrived impeccably packed, ensuring it arrived in pristine condition. Given that it was custom-made to order, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient turnaround time. Without hesitation, I give this experience a solid 5-star rating and recommend it to others. I'm already planning to order from Saddlemen again for my second motorcycle.

Purchased the roadsofa for my cvo roadglide, not only does it look better than the factory seat, it feel better than any other seat i had.
