Bought a Saddlemen seat for my Harley, worst fitting seat I've ever owned. large gap between the seat and tank. Contacted them and their vendor (Knobcycles of KC - boy is Knob an accurate descriptor). Sent them picture compared to the original seat and another seat that I had on the same bike - no one was willing to take responsibility for the poor fitting seat. I'm stuck with a $225 loss and a piece of crap that I would never put on my bike. Beware Saddlemen quality control is crap and so is their customer service!

Be careful ordering from their website. They knowingly falsely advertise products. They sent me a rain cover that is a different style, material and securing mechanism than advertised online. Basically a cheap POS was sent to me. They acknowledged it wasn’t what was advertised but said if it fits it’s correct. They then said if I wanted to return it I was responsible for return shipping. Currently disputing charges on my card. Not a trustworthy company.

Prior to ordering the Road Sofa heated extended reach seat for my 2024 Road Glide they said it would take 3-4 weeks to get to me. I started receiving emails 2 days after I placed the order keeping me up to date on all the details, it was great. They sent me an email around 4 business days after I placed the order giving me tracking information. I received the seat 8 days after placing the order. It arrived packaged very well. The instructions were easy to follow and the install went smoothly. I've only put around 400 miles on the seat so far and it's everything I've expected.

First ant foremost you spend 600$ on a seat that is supposed to be genuine leather ends up wrinkling three years later, and has been well kept.To find out saddlemen will do nothing about it because it is out of warranty. Sent them pictures were the seat That Looks like waves coming into shore from the ocean. Personally me, I would not recommend buying saddlemen.

So, I wish I could have rated them higher, but I can't. I ordered the Saddlemen Road Sofa for my 22 Indian Chieftian. The seat didn't fit correctly so I reached out to Saddlemen. They asked for pictures and eventually the seat. After about a week of emailing and two phone calls with Brandon, who is a great guy to work with, addressing how the horn of the seat was off. The left side had an angle of about 65 degrees, and the right side was almost 90 degrees. That is why it would not fit, and Saddlemen said that the angle does look off. What they also said was that my heat deflector was the issue. So, off it came, seat back on, still same issue. Long story short, they said they would not be able to get to it for at least 2 months and offered a refund. I now have a Mustang seat, and every thing fits properly.

I ordered a new seat for my Hayabusa it took about 4 weeks to arrive in to the UK and was well packaged and secure. The fitment was easy with me just having to remove two grommets from my original seat to add to the new seat and it fitted perfectly. I had no problems with this transaction. Definitely worth the money as I'm much more comfortable on the bike.

ordered the heated seat and its wired wrong! turn on the riders heat and you warm up the passengers seat. put a claim in and they have done nothing! no response at all. will never recommend them ever!

While Touring in Europe, I bought my first Saddlemen Sissy Bar Bag. As my requirements changed , I have bought more (bigger) Saddlemen Bags. I've bought 4 in total, for different length of trips. Quality is always perfect ! Thank You !
