S8 AcquisitionReviews of s8acquisition.com

I have enjoyed my start here at S8 Acquisition. The team is very welcoming and customer focused. Maria Garcia-Maturan has been exceptional. Mandel has also been great to work with. I really appreciated that he took the time to give me a call on a property that I declined to peruse. I ended up going through with the purchase and it turned out to be a great decision. I really appreciate her prompt replies and strong attention. I also like that the Proformas can easily be download into excel. Julian and Frankie are very down to earth people and very approachable.

Its been a great experience so far since I first engaged with the S8 Acquisition team in July 2025 till my first closing with S8 in February 2025. From the initial (pre- signup) interactions with Mo, to post signup interactions with the co-founders, Julian and Frankie and the transactional interactions with Mendel and team, Christa and team - all these interactions were professional and with a 'customer-centric' approach. While i did see some processes evolve during these 8 months, each evolution helped improve my experience. S8Acquisition's 3rd party recommended partners/providers like the lenders, property management companies, are well chosen experienced companies/professionals and this facilitated the closure of my property transaction. The founders are open to feedback and the availability and responsiveness of the team is very reassuring for a first time investor like me.

My experience with S8 Acquisitions has been nothing but positive. From day one, Frankie and Mandel have been consistent, congruent, and most importantly: transparent. In the world of real estate, it's incredibly refreshing to find a team that can help you hit the ground running on your real estate portfolio in such an organized way, take deals all the way to 90% for you via due diligence and conservatism, and let you pull the trigger on a deal to take over your rental. In addition, they value the long-term relationship. If you're looking for a team that will be there over the years as an extension of your greater financial team, S8 is going to be your top choice.

Julian and Frank have been amazing in helping me secure my first property though I haven’t closed on one yet. They both went the extra mile to help me strengthen my credit to help secure a better interest which I’m really appreciative of. The team has been amazing to work with in terms of coordination and responsiveness.

Absolutely everyone that I have dealt with S8 has been easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend S8 for any real estate investor.

Great experience, very helpful team, very responsive to questions and happy to assist with a smile.

The personnel of the various teams were very professional and helpful. I was able therefore, to obtain direct personal service delivery by persons in their respective areas of expertise. The consultant who stood out most was Brian Nogaro, the one with whom I had the most contact with. Brian literally set me up for success: From day one, he took time to explain the entire process step by step and made sure I understood what to expect. His knowledge of the housing system, attention to detail and quick response made everything feel less overwhelming. Any time I had questions or felt unsure. He was patient and reassuring. Because if his guidance, I was able to move forward with confidence. If anyone is looking for someone who genuinely cares and can actually deliver results, I recommend you call Brian Nogaro He will stand by you throughout the process.

The team was knowledgeable and very professional they let me know the process and walk me through and there was someone that I could contact when I did not understand or have any questions
