Simply follow the instructions and it’s easy, quick and painless. They are with you every step of the way. Great way to take the guess work out of it and get yourself dialed in from a metabolic standpoint point!

Great customer service (but still need to use the product!)
I ordered my kit and am excited to use the product. It didn't immediately work as expected. I texted their support #, got a response back <2 min and then a replacement product shipped out to me right away (I just got the notification a few moments after our chat wrapped). That's ridiculously good customer service. Thank you Mik. I will be sure to respond back once the new product arrives to use.

Nicholas was great

Amazing customer service working with Ky
I haven't had a chance to get started on the actual testing but I do so look forward to working with this company. They have been superior in customer service. They are graciously working with me, as I had a death in my family and they immediately helped me in rescheduling etc . It is rare these days to work with a company that steps right in to help their customers.

Customer service is great
I had a question about taking supplements while doing a test and Fiona really helped me out! She was very quick to respond, and was very good at explaining everything clearly. I look forward to continue using this company!

I would like to say that using Rythm…
I would like to say that using Rythm with my blood work was the best and easiest thing I have done in a long time. I have to have blood drawn at least every 3 months or monthly if changing meds. KY and Tiffany were also a great help with all my questions.
