I had a good experience overall. Tiffany was helpful and provided me with the information I needed. She was friendly, clear, and took the time to answer my questions. I appreciate her assistance and the helpful information she provided.

I was scared at first but…
I was scared at first but the instructions were so clear, the process simple, and it REALLY did not hurt, barely felt it. Also I was worried about the shipping because FedEx screws up on the delivery so much, but the return went right through and I had my results the next day. No sweat, easy peasy.

I literally faint every blood test at…
I literally faint every blood test at the doctors office. I was scared ****less about this and ready to warn the world how much it hurt 😂 It didn’t hurt at all I didn’t even feel it!!! What is this magic? Excited for my results and to use them to become healthier!!!! Thank you.

Brynn and Fiona were super helpful
Brynn and Fiona were super helpful. I had some trouble collecting a good sample and they had a new kit shipped to me within minutes of me reaching out to support. Super refreshing to receive such good customer service from human beings.
