Fiona and Ky were very helpful. Cortisol was a nice add on. Has everything that’s important for me to test for, at a manageable price. I like being able to pause and restart. So far it’s great! If something changes I’ll change this review.

I got my kit on Wednesday, drew blood and sent it in Thursday. In 1 day it got from WI to CA with bloodwork processed. Incredible! Problem I ran into was there were results that were unable to be processed. Being on TRT, I NEED those results for my provider to know next steps. I was bummed, thinking I have to now order another test from either Rythm or another vendor. I was chatting with the reps Nico & Dave and just said it sucked, but I do understand quality of the test trumps a non-perfect result. Quality is a business strategy I appreciate. Still, bummed. Knowing I need those results for my provider, Nico & Dave offered me the opportunity to re-test at no charge to get the results I need to get to my provider. I wasn’t asking for a free re-test kit, I wasn’t treating them poorly, they simply recognized the undesirable position I was in and offered a solution that filled my need, and obviously kept a customer. Win/win for everybody, and the new kit should arrive just in time to get the results back the same day as my next appointment. Couldn’t be happier with Rythm or the service provided.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Excellent Experience with Rythm. I had a great experience using Rythm for my blood testing. The entire process was simple, convenient, and much more informative than the typical lab work I've had done in the past. What impressed me most was the amount of useful information included in the results. Instead of just getting a page full of numbers and reference ranges, Rythm presents everything in a way that's easy to understand and actually useful for tracking your health. Being able to see important biomarkers related to hormones, cardiovascular health, metabolic health, and overall wellness all in one place is a huge plus. The testing process itself was straightforward, and I really appreciated how organized and user-friendly the results were. I'm someone who likes to stay on top of my health, fitness, training, and bloodwork, so having detailed data that I can follow over time is extremely valuable. Rythm has made comprehensive blood testing feel much more accessible and understandable. I'll absolutely continue using them for future testing and to monitor changes in my biomarkers over time. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to take a more proactive and informed approach to their health.

I was skeptical initally. My 1 complaint is pricing they list $59 shipping and fees in the fine print means just under $100. Having said that I will use again I did FedEx p/u request they were here in 1 hour and I had results the next day! 24 hours later it was so easy to read and the comparisons they give based off other biomarkers they test . The results were so detailed with explanations and suggestions you can comprehend. I look forward to comparing the next ones after changing some things. I would recommend and will use again, Just be prepared for an $89 charge.

Gave me a replacement no questions asked, i appreciate that they just believed me and didnt make me send them the device etc because I followed the directions exactly. So good customer service.
