Test is great, super painless and easy to do by yourself. Video is great. Only complaint is the test levels only go up to 1500 and I'm always reading over that and I don't know what the exact levels are. Otherwise great test and have referred this test to friends.

The collection process is 5 stars. The instructions were clear and the process was straightforward and painless. The status updates were also excellent. The results were available very quickly. I dropped the blood off at FedEx on Saturday and the results were in my inbox on Monday. The challenge is that the number of bio markers is so few compared to Superpower. I think I will just use Superpower quarterly. If you could measure more your process might put you over the top.

It’s easy to do but the device cut and left a scab on my arm that remained for a few days after blood draw. I was hoping it would include a few other labs. Also wasn’t ready for the second test to arrive, just barely did the first one. No need to retest so soon so I guess I’ll wait to draw this one

It was great… until it wasn’t. The sign up was easy. The initial delivery was super fast. I was originally impressed. Results came quick. No issue there. But then I had to contact customer service about a billing question. Was told something different twice and after dealing with customer service they gave me a small account credit. Then was the second order. That’s when things went further downhill. The sample kit (which I was charged for priority shipping) didn’t come as fast as the first. I mailed it off after collection. Then they said the sample was damaged (at no one’s fault). I talked to customer service. They refused to re-credit me. And they refused to re-credit my referall discounts I earned after having two friends join. At that point I cancelled. Update as of 22 June. I spoke with CS over the phone and they are working with me. We have reached a resolution and I will update further when completed. I will also relay that they have since updated their instruction card to reflect considerations if you are under TRT, HRT, or vitamin supplementation. This happened between my first and second order.

The medication section is difficult to navigate. I couldn’t get in all of my meds. Also, what if I don’t know how many mg of fat, protein, carbs… I have each day?

I like the fact that you don’t feel the needle but what I didn’t like is how long someone should have to wait since it requested that it be better off having the tube filled with blood. I actually had it on for about 2 hrs thinking I would have to be full to get a better accuracy. And by the time I took it off it was more then half full leaking blood from top of tube. Just a thought also best to have gloves. I was at work putting the cap and blood leaked out. Also something else to think about. But Other than that I’m still satisfied with the product. Now to wait for the results 😊

Everything was easy and amazing. Only issue was the results took longer than the promised 36 hours.
