We provide explanations alongside each marker with insights specific to you, and our AI coach can walk through what your results mean in plain language. When you contacted our support team, they tried to understand what you needed help with, canceled your subscription upon your request, and gave you a refund. Our team is always glad to walk you through the dashboard so you can confidently understand your results.

Hi there, I’m so sorry for the experience you’ve had. While our lab can have higher-volume days, a 2–3 week turnaround is unusual. Please send our customer support team a message with your full name so we can look into this further. If your sample can’t be processed, we’d be happy to send a replacement kit.

Hi Robert, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry this experience was frustrating. At the time of your test in late January, we were experiencing a temporary ApoB reagent shortage that lasted about two weeks. During that window, ApoB results were unavailable. When you contacted our team, they explained the situation and initially applied a credit for the inconvenience. Once we understood that ApoB was your primary reason for testing, we immediately offered and sent you a complimentary kit so you could complete the panel as intended. Regarding Lp(a), we understand its importance, but it is not currently part of our testing menu and has not been advertised as such. Our goal is always transparency and fairness when unexpected supply issues arise. Reagent shortages are rare but can occasionally affect laboratories nationwide. When they do, we work to make it right. If there is anything still unresolved, please reach out directly and we will ensure it is addressed promptly.

We did reach out and would have been happy to send a free replacement test at that time, but since we didn’t hear back, we went ahead and cancelled and refunded your subscription as what we believed was the fairest option. This was in no way meant to dismiss or minimize your experience. We’re confident in the accuracy and quality of our testing, and we’ve issued a free replacement kit so you can test again. We’re happy to help with anything you need in the meantime.

Hi Sara. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We looked carefully through our records but weren’t able to identify an account under this name, and we also reached out via Trustpilot a week ago to request more information, but we haven’t heard back from you yet. For context, we did not offer testosterone testing for women until February 4th, 2026. Prior to that date, testosterone was clearly listed on our site as available only for men, as we waited to launch a method that could accurately measure the lower ranges seen in women. Because your review was posted on Feb 2nd, your test was likely completed before that launch, so testosterone would not have been included. We genuinely want to help, but without a way to contact you or match this review to an account, we’re limited in what we can do.
