I had a great experience with Rythm Health’s customer service. I reached out because I had fallen behind on using a couple of my monthly test kits due to some major life changes, including recently having a baby. I didn’t want to continue accumulating and paying for additional kits while I still had unused tests. Ky helped me right away and made the entire process incredibly easy. She was understanding of my situation, paused my subscription and billing until October, and confirmed that my unused kits would not expire so I could complete them when I’m ready. There was no hassle or back-and-forth, and I really appreciated how willing Rythm was to work with me rather than making me cancel my subscription. Excellent customer service, and a special thank you to Ky for taking care of everything so quickly!
