Very quick and easy. Wish they had all lipids to compare with my physicians test but other than that very impressed

every item marked clearly instructions clear and concise. my mistake was not reading clearly enough; I missed the part to fast in which i didn't. Thus, I think results were not as accurate had I fasted prior to taking the test. I enjoyed this process compared to having blood drawn, at a lab.

Speed and communication

I love the idea but the blood collection device didn’t work for me. It could barely fill 1/3 of the tube because the blood clotted at my skin and blocked the flow. A really disappointing experience. **Upgraded from 2 to 4 stars** I'm upgrading my rating to 4 starts because they sent me a replacement kit right away and I was able to collect enough blood. However, their instructions are incomplete (low quality), which is why I had an issue with original collection. Below are the instructions I pulled from the Internet that worked for me perfectly the second time. What likely caused the failure You had several conditions that all slow or stop capillary flow: • Only 4 minutes of warming → usually not enough (you want deeper tissue vasodilation) • Arm was bent/tensed → reduces blood flow significantly in the upper arm • No hydration + just woke up → mild overnight dehydration = thicker, slower capillary flow • Middle-side placement (not triceps/back zone) → often a lower-flow spot for these devices • Slow flow from the start → classic sign the system was never in a strong-flow zone Once flow is slow, the device vacuum pulls inconsistently → blood pools at the entry → clot forms → complete blockage at the channel (exactly what you saw). ⸻ The key correction for next attempt If you try again, don’t just “try a different spot”—fix the physics of blood flow first: 1. Hydration (this is big) • Drink 1–2 large glasses of water (300–500 ml) • Do it 30–60 min before, not right before This alone can dramatically improve capillary flow. ⸻ 2. Warm longer and deeper • Aim for 10–15 minutes, not 4 • Skin should feel warm and slightly flushed, not just red on the surface ⸻ 3. Arm must be fully relaxed and hanging This is critical: • Arm straight down or loosely at your side • No bending at elbow during collection • No muscle tension Think: “dead weight arm” ⸻ 4. Placement matters more than people think For Rythm-type devices: • Best zone is usually back of upper arm (triceps area) • Not center-side, not inner arm • Slightly “meaty” area with consistent tissue thickness Your previous spot (middle-side) is a common low-flow failure zone. ⸻ 5. Timing matters Doing it: • right after waking • dehydrated • cold body state …is basically the hardest possible scenario for capillary collection. Better: • mid-morning or later • after water + light movement

This is my first so I love the concept! Only issue so far is it is primarily only shipped to me with return shipping being via FedEx. I live in central Alaska where FedEx does not service so it took quite a bit longer to get here than you anticipated and I’ll have to ship the sample back to you via USPS first class or priority to get it to you quickly, so more expense out of my pocket.

I ended up getting resolution though it took so long for a response and even then it took a long time for customer service person to get back to me. That is why it just can not be a 5 star for me.

I like this service but an app is really needed, the website is subpar. Adding more biomarkers, or at least offering the ability to add more for a fee, would be helpful.
