Great customer service.

On my first test, I didn’t get my hematocrit results. I found out afterwards that my blood clotted during the collection process, so they were unable to provide results. Support agents Tiffany and Bethany responded rapidly and addressed my concerns. They sent me a free replacement kit with some helpful instructions for retaking my test.
