Customer Service is best in class.! I was helped by Tiffany in CS. I accidentally broke my vial this morning in my bathroom. Super quick response by Tiffany letting me know they got me covered - and honestly, I was really thrilled because it's my fault. In all honesty, this isn't the first time I've dealt with the Customer Service group either, I've dealt with them previously on sending another kit out and delaying a few weeks etc. They are always quick, always polite, they just make things happen and it's painless. Like I said, my experience so far has been A+!!

I love the whole concept of Rhythm. Everything you need is shipped to your front door in a few days - no need to make an appointment and leave work early. Rhythm’s test kit allows me to take the sample and send it to the lab on my own time. I had an issue collecting my blood sample (this was my fault) and i reached out to Fiona and Nico in customer service. They helped me troubleshoot what went wrong and shipped a new test kit for me to take the sample again. Overall, i’ve had a great experience. I would absolutely recommend doing blood testing with Rhythm.
