I had a small issue with my first kit. It was most likely my error, but their support in helping me with the problem was perfect. Pablo did an amazing job and a replacement kit is on its way. Asked for a couple things and then he gave me helpful tips for success with the next one. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but Pablo and his team did an exceptional job.
