First time customer here
First time customer here. Seen the ads online and was curious because it looked so convenient. Rythm's customer service team has completely surpassed my expectations. Dave, Fiona and the entire team has responded to all me questions with amazing speed and care. Looking forward to being a long term client ! We'll done Rythm !

I’ve been using this co.for about 4…
I’ve been using this co.for about 4 months to follow recovery after my first Covid- Nico and Fiona are wonderful, I accidentally messed up a sample and they quickly responded and sent out another package. These Biomarkers are exactly what I need to track my recovery.

Pablo was so helpful
Pablo was so helpful. I woke up and saw a second order had been placed and I no sooner clicked send on the text letting them know, I had an email of the cancellation and text confirming it was cancelled. The best customer service!
