I am very afraid of getting my blood drawn, but I thought I would be able to handle this, but wasn’t the case. I did the test fine no problem but then as the vile started filling I started getting woozy and my whole body went cold and I started sweating and shaking. Luckily I was able to sit down before I fainted, but wow was that scary. My plan for future collections is to have someone with me in case I pass out again.

It was really nice to be able to do this at home when ever I felt like it. The first test that got shipped, my blood sells broke down so they had to send me another one. They are very quik to get this done. The instructions are easy to follow and customer service is great. The experience over all was great.

I am excited to be able to track my hormone levels without going to the city to a lab of some sort. Everyone has been very helpful too.

Everything is neatly packaged with clear instructions. This is my second time submitting a sample. My biggest complaint is the amount of time it takes to fill the vial. Perhaps my hematocrit it to high.

Overall great experience. I’d give 5, however your instructional video needs a small edit. It mention to fill out the online form first, however, there are many steps before hand before giving an accurate blood draw time and length of blood draw. I found that instruction to be confusing as those data points came at the end of learning how to do this + taking your blood = filling out the form last. The video could do a better job with more close ups- I.E for installing the test tube the right way. The test tube- the sticker is located in a spot that makes it very difficult to see the amount of blood taken- this was 2x- one time for me and the same for my wife.

Everything about rythm is great. Simple, straight forward and fast. The only thing i think needs to be changed is the scales for testosterone and free testosterone need to be higher, so if they are off the scales the actual number of testosterone and free testosterone are displayed.
