the sample retrieval was A+. easy, no pain, relatively quick. What I didn't like are the results when compared to my actual medical blood test. I tested the minute after I got my blood test. The result are close on some and off on others so I question the accuracy of this. Due to the discrepancy I am probably not going forward with Rythm.

I like the idea and the process, but I wish there were more biomarkers than the ones provided. A1c would be nice one to have as well as fasting insulin. Both of those are big biomarkers to check when it comes to metabolic health. Just disappointed.

It’s easy and convenient but It doesn’t have liver or kidney counts. It doesn’t have a complete cbc. These are critical in our society today since there are so many environmental strains on our health. I still have to get these tests elsewhere.

Hi Aaron, thanks so much for your feedback. Since your review, we’ve actually expanded our panel and added 7 new biomarkers at no additional cost, including: GGT, ALP, Fructosamine, Uric Acid, Vitamin B12, Hemoglobin, and Hematocrit. These will now be included in your results moving forward. Feel free to message our support team with any questions you may have.

It's great overall... My issue is the price... I believe that HIMS and Hone have a similar product for around $50.
Response from Rythm HealthMay 22, 2026
Thanks so much for your feedback. Our goal is to keep testing as affordable and accessible as possible while still delivering the highest value through comprehensive biomarker tracking, fast turnaround times, and monthly insights from home. We truly appreciate you giving Rythm a try and taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

Loved this so far... but $100 per test!? Hone and Hims are half of that or less. Thinking of switching.
Response from Rythm HealthMay 1, 2026
Hi Thad, thanks for your feedback. Totally fair to compare. It mostly comes down to what you’re paying for: some platforms focus on treatment, while Rythm is built around ongoing testing, tracking, and insights over time. If your priority is the lowest cost or getting a prescription, other options may be a better fit. If you’re looking to consistently track and better understand your health, that’s where Rythm is a bit different.

Experience was good 3 stars to get your attention. In the instruction set it's important to label them 1, 2, 3 to denote order. Its apparent now that I sealed the envelope that scanning QR sample code is important, but I went to instructions video first.
Response from Rythm HealthMay 22, 2026
Hi Frank, thanks so much for your feedback. We’ve since updated our instructions to make it more clear that the QR code should be scanned before sealing the sample in the return mailer. We appreciate you taking the time to point this out, thank you for being a Rythm member!

Everything was really easy to do very fast however, I believe the results are inaccurate. How do I proceed?
Response from Rythm HealthMay 22, 2026
Hi Osvaldo, thank you for your feedback. Our team previously reached out regarding your concerns around result accuracy. We take accuracy extremely seriously, and if you’re open to it, our Chief Scientific Officer would be happy to review your results with you directly to discuss factors that can naturally influence biomarkers, such as timing of collection, diet, sleep, hydration, and other lifestyle variables. Nonetheless, we truly appreciate you giving Rythm a try and hope we’re able to help address your concerns. Please feel free to reply to our support team anytime, we’re always happy to help!
