This is a great alternative for people who don't like strangers poking them with needles! I got the results back 24 hours after I sent the kit back. The test results were in line with what I have received in the past. This is a terrific service. Even if you don't mind blood tests, doing Rythm allows you to take your tests first thing in the morning (recommended by doctors) so there's no all-day fasting or worrying about driving, parking, and sitting in the waiting room. For those who are phobic, like me, this was super easy. It really is pain-free, and I never felt queasy or faint. I sure hope they stay in business.

Their customer service- I had a couple of questions regarding their product, their customer service team immediately sprung into action and answered me within the hour !!! They not only gave me the information I was asking for, they were very professional & prompt, VERY difficult to find a company these days, that has a stellar customer service !!!
