I dont understand any of this , it doesn't show my hemoglobin, it says my T is too high , lab one is so much better

If you actually want to get your blood tested accurately then get a real blood draw somewhere. Their testosterone levels are way off. Said mine was 1500 but other hormones in perfect range. Then I cross checked that with an actual blood test and it was 816. So you’re just off by 700?! lol I also saw others online with the same issues. Not paying for the fake lab tests they give you. Serious lawsuits gotta be coming because people are making life changes because of these misleading and terribly inaccurate tests.

It said I need more tests performed but I was never offered additional testing which would have allowed me to have a rhythm chronilogical age. I am considering canceling and very disappointed with my first experience.

Michael, thank you for your candid feedback. We do advertise that after your second test is when you receive your Biological Age, as we do need an average of at least 2 test to calculate it. Disappointed
Second time in a row - did not run everything, and no one notified me there was an issue or anything…. Why do you not communicate critical information? You seem to notify me when you bill, you seem to notify me when you get samples , you notify me when testing results are up. Yet somehow you skip notifying me of important information

Customer support isn’t functional. Instead of chatting or emailing, you message a thread and hope you’ll get a response. Multiple associates chime in and out of the thread, and even though it shows them as online, it takes >30min to get a response. When they do get back to you, they either misunderstand the issue or send you down a completely wrong track.

For quality reasons, there are situations where we may withhold a marker rather than report a result we cannot stand behind. A full collection tube does not always mean every marker can be responsibly measured, since some markers also depend on sample quality, handling, timing, and stability. INTRUCTIONS: I do t like that there are no instructions for a weekend, particularly a Sunday. What do we do with the blood already collected? Does it stay a room temperature or does it go in the fridge? I was not aware there would not be a pick up available on Sunday. Also if the kit arrives and we are out of town how does that work with the 7day window? What if it was a last minute suture where we needed to leave suddenly? I’m very frustrated right now because i have to wait two hours before I can get an answer about my blood sample and what to do with it. If I leave it out for two hour will it effect the blood?

The ads drew me in, but as a healthcare provider I know blood samples lose integrity without proper refrigeration and shipping protocols. The results cannot be accurate, because the sample is compromised before it reaches the lab

Sample stability is super important to us, and that's why we validate each marker we report against traditional venous blood draws and only includes biomarkers that meet our quality standards for remote collection and shipping. Not every lab test is appropriate for this model, but the markers in our panel were specifically selected and validated for it. If a sample does not meet our stability or quality requirements, we do not report the affected result.
