I'm a first-time customer that didn't have such a great first-time experience. My blood test got delivered at the wrong location and was unable to locate it. So I contacted FedEx and rhythm support team. And I just want to say thank you so very much to Dave, Nicholas, and Charles for Superior customer service! They responded to me right away and resolved the issue. Hassle-free without the Battle of robots and speaking to live humans!

i was upset because i wasn’t registering it right i was going to give up and nicholas followed up on my text and kept calling till he got ahold of me and walked me through every step till i got it right i haven’t seen this kind of customer service in a long time now i love this company thank you Nicholas !!!
