The kit and all of the instructions are very well thought out and put together and easy to use. I did not give this 5 out of five because it took more than 10 minutes to get my sample.

Overall I’ll admit it pretty impressed with the experience. I was kind of skeptical because I have heard a lot of other brands like this have really poorly put together kits and constantly trying to then push a huge amount of costly chemicals or supplements on you when you get your results. The collection with this kit only took about 3 minutes and worked great. I did get results back in about 72 hours which is way better than a full panel by a lab. I was disappointed though because for free testosterone, total testosterone, and estrogen they only test to a certain level and when you cap out that level there’s no way to tell how far above it you were. I do body building so I’m on 250mg of test per week constantly and when my results came back all it told me was that I’m north of 1500 total testosterone and north of 345 free test but I have no idea how far north of them I am as that is the cap for the test. The rest for he panel looks great though and it did alert me to high estrogen so if you’re not running TRT then I think this would be a great service.

Easy process Yet the blood result numbers does not have a number range to be able to work with on improving the out of range or recognize the optimal and average ranges I wish to work on “out of range “ prior to next blood kit arriving

I pass out during every sinlge blood test -- this one did make me very dizzy still but significantly better since it's so fast/much less blood. Results came in literally 36 hours after taking my test and customer support is quick & easy to respond.

The overall experience was extremely positive. My kit arrived on time, was very easy to use and the directions were clear and concise. The turnaround on ordering the kit to the results was quicker than anticipated! I do have questions or suggestions - for myself, I have had a partial hysterectomy (I still have my ovaries), so timing of my cycle is truly unknown. I am of an age that perimenopause is either in swing or nearing. It would be helpful to be able to input that information. I also suggest being able to input medication use, family history, and lifestyle choices (ie regular exercise, alcohol intake etc). In addition, I would love to see additional mineral/vitamin examination like b vitamins, zinc, selenium, copper, etc. Overall I am glad I used this kit and would recommend it to others.

I need to know why you guys are not testing for PSA, CBC, ALT, and AST

Great but only 4 stars due to Mine did not align on most markers from other tests! I had one done with Quest and a week later, my first with Rythm. There were a pretty decent difference on same of the markers. when I questioned with a Rythm rep, was told there can be variances as quest does a blood draw. In any case, I can say also it's not $79. it is $101.00 all in every month. Lastly, I can say, this a decent platform. I''ve subscribed and do monthly tests. It is very easy to do and well explained and the process from drop off at Fedex to results is very fast! It's great to see trends from one month to the next. I think Rythm needs to work on how they color code optimal readings to out of range> Quest does better on this, In addition Rythm needs to explain why a biological age changes by 6 months between on month of testing. However, the ease of use for Rythm and fast service speaks volumes and I will continue with my monthly test as the more you use it, you can get a better average on your health, Wish they'd add psa testing for males like function health does. I hear they do add more markers occasionally.
