Tiffany made my experience great. I explained everything to her and she came back with great trouble shooting ideas. Hopefully I'll never have another issue, but if I do I hope I come across Tiffany or someone just as good.

I asked 2 questions but only received one answer. Bethany did answer the one question accurately but did not address the first question I asked. But customer support did reach out to me and offered an additional test at no charge since I did not get full results on the first one. A pleasant surprise.
