Where do I start, so easy and simple from the beginning, it’s so cheap as well, I get the results I need in a week or so and it’s painless to do the blood draw, the system they have is phenomenal and you can’t feel a thing at all. I’m obsessed with checking my health now, I’ve done it twice and can’t wait to see my biological age when it pops up in a couple days on my dashboard, not to mention the ai just straight up tells you exactly what you need to do to be as healthy as possible, I’m talking what foods and down to the gram per pound of body weight etc, it will also give you a workout routine, just uniquely unbeatable hands down!

I love Rythm Health and I continue to test every 2 months. As someone at the stage in life where things start to shift (perimenopause), staying on top of numbers is key. Not only that, I love the actionable steps. I usually talk to a human but just used the AI chat in Beta and it is was super insightful. Very clear and easy to use. I know there are of a lot of these services out there and I’ve used plenty, but I’m really rooting for this team. My only thought is I’d love to get more biomarkers if possible like hydration, homocysteine levels but I realize might be limitation in sample size/ lab capabilities.
