Loved using Rythm Health for my blood test. Being able to test at home with a simple blood draw that I can do myself is awesome. Rythm provides very easy to follow instructions and everything worked perfectly. Returning the sample was easy and results were provided quickly.

Rythm has been amazing. They even text back every time I text them with obviously a human on the other end. Its a very personalized experience in my opinion ill stay subscribed for along time. I think its important to measure these markers and the doctors won't do it without hassle or alot of money. Thanks Rythm.

Awesome smooth process

From the moment I placed my order, the “concierge” level of care was evident. The Rythm team regularly communicated with me and even kept gently reminding me to take the sample. When I still hadn’t done so by the time the next sample collection package would have shipped, they paused the order without me asking them to do so. I’ve never a subscription company pause someone’s order on their own. Usually they’d be happy to pile on packages and keep collecting the monthly fee. I was blown away by that. So, why did it take me a whole FOUR MONTHS to do my first draw? I had worked it up in my head that it was going to hurt, so let’s just avoid that. Haha. Anyway, I finally did my first draw this morning. It was the easiest blood draw I’ve ever done with literally zero pain. I felt ridiculous for how long I had put it off! Then, I got to the part of the instructions where you’ve got to take it to FedEx. There isn’t one super convenient and my day is busy, so when I saw they would also send an uber to pick it up at no additional charge, I was just further impressed by this company. Top notch and excellent concierge service. They make this entire process so simple!

Sent my samples back. Never heard anything. Try to talk to you guys and all I get is AI generated responses that don’t answer my questions. - Customer Service follow up was excellent after my post - thank you for the quick response. Turned out my shipment was lost with Fed Ex and they never received it.
