Wonderful company that is always willing to work with its costumers. I wish I could see DHT levels in my panel, but other than that it is a 10/10.

Simple, convenient, and easy to work with.

Fast easy process results came back super fast, the intreptation didn't really help me understand how to improve my markers for next month or what the main reasons they may be low or high in the areas out of range. but the overall proecess is seamless. EDIT: I figured out the AI feature, it has a lag on a few responses so I just thought it wasn't answering, revised rating to 5 stars

I am excitedly anticipating my results. I was anxious because I have never pierced my own skin before and had a friend do it. I absolutely did not feel the puncture and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the vile filled up. I feel confident I can be self contained next time. Ps, I love the reusable heat pad!!

I’ve been using Rythm for about a month now and just completed my first test cycle — I administered my first test a couple days ago — and overall I’ve had a really solid experience. The blood collection process honestly surprised me in the best way. It was completely painless. I genuinely couldn’t even tell how they got the blood because when I took the device off, I couldn’t find a needle or anything at all. Super impressive and way less intimidating than traditional lab draws. I’ve been texting back and forth with Noah, and he’s been awesome — answered all my questions quickly, helped with logistics, and made scheduling the pickup for my blood sample super easy. Leah was also great and helped coordinate communication on her end so everything moved smoothly. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been cool, responsive, and easy to work with. What really sold me is the value. I was already using a different lab before Rythm and was paying a few hundred dollars every three months. Now I can pay roughly the same amount and get labs done every month, which is a huge upgrade for someone like me who tracks health and labs closely. One thing I do want to mention — and the only real downside — is that there’s a $10 doctor fee and about $10 for two-way shipping that isn’t very clear until checkout. So it’s not truly $79 all-in, which feels a bit deceptive and I don’t love that. That said, even at around $100 with fees, it’s still very competitively priced, and the overall experience more than made up for it. Because of that, I still gave five stars. The product, the people, and the concept are solid, and I’m excited to keep using it long-term. Best, O-man
