Super quick shipping to and from. I sent my lab in on a Friday morning and got my results Monday afternoon. They also have great/responsive customer service. I had a referral which gave $20 off of the next order, but I was charged the full amount when I purchased. I messaged the team and within 15 or so minutes from noticing the overcharge I was refunded the $20.
