This service is amazing. Calling a doctor’s office, explaining why I want a blood test to track my health, waiting weeks for approval, and then dealing with high costs with or without insurance is frustrating. Rythm Health completely changes that experience. The ability to get labs done quickly, see my results fast, and use AI to help interpret and structure my health plan is a huge benefit. I hate taking blood I pass out so I’ve prob taken maybe 2 blood test in my life I’m 43 and I was forced both times . This was so easy I pressed the red button I wasn’t even sure if I did it right or not because it was painless. But it was right it took 2 minutes to fill up and that was it . Now I can monitor my levels . So happy !

Using rhythm has been a great experience so far and really helps me understand what’s going on in my body and how to adjust supplements and training. I do wish there were a few more markers that the test check for but all in all the system is very effective

I was honestly so impressed with the entire thing. I want to preface this by saying I’ve never had blood drawn and I’m terrified of needles so I was pretty nervous going into this. My husband helped me and kept me calm, and even though I was pretty anxious, we made it work. I truly didn’t feel any pain but wouldn’t say I felt “nothing”. It was the tiniest prick but zero pain- TRUTHFULLY! I shipped everything off the same day and had results 3 days later. 10 out of 10 stars and will DEFINITELY do it again!

First time using this, I don’t like blood and I was scared. I don’t know how they made it so you can’t feel anything but it was completely painless like they mention. The instruction video was extremely easy to follow as well as scheduling a pick up. Excited to see my results and to track it monthly and to stay as healthy as possible.
