It truly does not hurt. This is such an efficient brilliant product. No more hassle to get up early and have to drive somewhere and get stuck with a needle and have them take vile after vile of blood. It doesn't take but maybe 20 minutes, if you need the full 10 for the vile to fill. I didn't use it, but it's brilliant that they have the option for your sample to be picked up if you do not want to drive it to FedEx. They have truly thought of everything. Also, there tutorial video is so easy to follow. Customer service is 5 star. I highly recommend!

I doubted the “painless” reviews I kept hearing about but I legitimately thought mine was broken because I heard the click but I didn’t feel anything so I pushed it 2 more times haha then I saw the blood and was shocked. There was no sensation at all. As a man on TRT who’s a hard stick I will never let my doctor’s office draw my blood again. Never needing 2 to 3 pokes in each arm is a wonderful thing to know. I love it.

Updating from original 4 stars. I find that the company is underpromising and over delivering, which is exactly what I want to see. For example, my latest blood results were expected within 3 business days, but they turned around in less than 1. Also, the personalized insights feature was not overhyped in any way, but delivers very high quality ai content. I’m pleased with the direction the company is going.
