What is available to test apparently changes from month to month. First test tested hematocrit and hemaglobin, which is important to me as I am on TRT. The second test did not test for it because it was not included in the testing. There was no warning or indication.

The device did not collect blood very well at all. I followed all instructions. Waited 22 minutes and the blood was only half full. I pulled off the device and the blood was already coagulated and starting to block the hole. I don't see how this is easy or effective. I waited all day for fed ex and no one ever came. I feel like I just wasted my time and money.

Money grab! Don't waste your time. They are just worried about charging you each month. I signed up for 3 months. Got three blood tests and nothing out of it except 300 plus dollars with nothing to show for it. Poor communication as a company. No follow-up or anything like that.

My kit didn't work. I simply wasted my money and couldn't collect my blood. I followed all the steps, watched the instructional video three times, and nothing.

Back to back test within a week same circumstances, same amount of hours fasted, completely different blood results, missing the important markers that I was looking for that were missing from the first test. Now still missing from the second test. This is a complete waste of money.

I've had to retest twice in a couple of weeks because I received incomplete results that did not include two of the most important biomarkers that I monitor. I followed all instructions closely with the collection and shipping. Not satisfied and would like to get a full refund
