Great support overall video on how to take your sample was nice and easy for me. Process has been overall clean so far! Fed Ex driver picked my sample up from my door and results are on the way soon. Shipping also was fast and everything was laid out nice for a busy guy like me.

Video instructions were good. Perhaps put pauses where the user has to perform a task

Extremely organized, helpful, and informative. The step-by-step process was very easy to follow, with a video to walk you through. I also really appreciated having a concierge available to answer questions and provide updates throughout the process.
