The process was extremely easy! Watching the video with the directions made it crystal clear on how to collect my sample. The “prick” of the needle was absolutely painless! An amazing concept! & Being able to schedule a FedEx pickup is phenomenal! Can’t wait to get my results!

The vid was longer than the process
What a great product. All the steps are there and honestly the video instruction was longer than the actual collection process. Painless, easy and so glad I took this step to monitor my health.

Amazing home test and an awesome team at Rhythm.
I’m still a newer customer, but the entire Rhythm testing experience has been stellar!! Sample collection is a breeze with their well thought out kit. Instructions are easy to follow. The Rhythm team is always available for questions and prompt with their responses. I will be a Rhythm customer for a long time as I use the results provided to improve my health. Thank you Rhythm!!!

convenient and fast
Had trouble with FedEx delivering my first kit, but the Rythm Health team stepped up and got a replacement out to me quickly. Once I sent it back, results came in fast. Seeing your actual bloodwork laid out is a game changer. Already making habit changes and looking forward to tracking the improvements on the next round.

In rare cases, shipping carriers can lose or delay packages in transit. When that happens, our standard approach is to make it right as quickly as possible by replacing the kit at no cost and ensuring you can complete testing without additional burden. We recognize that doesn’t undo the inconvenience, and we take situations like this seriously. We’re continuously working to improve our logistics processes and reduce the likelihood of issues like this happening again, including how we monitor shipments and respond when something goes wrong sooner than the 7 day mark. Best/easiest blood test
I mean, it was a very simple kit. Instructional walk through video, best blood test I’ve taken. Also the button is intimidating haha but literally you feel nothing. Can’t wait to see my results
