really easy, did not hurt
really easy, Im a university student that live in a dorm and this was probably the easiest method for me it did not hurt at all

Rythm is great

So far my experience has been great
So far my experience has been great. Kit got to me quickly, everything was easy to follow, and results were done in a timely manner. Representatives are also very helpful. Both my husband and I have done our first sample. Can't wait to see how things change as we make lifestyle changes.
