This was super easy and convenient! I’m someone who struggles at times to give blood because of small veins and needing to drink extra amounts of water, but this was no trouble at all, not to mention being able to do so from home. I hope you will continue adding to the list of bio markers. Perhaps being able to choose markers from 1 draw to the next would keep me from having to use Function Health or Lifeforce, which no longer use labs in my town, or from using labs I order myself and go to a lab for. The markers you chose are a great start and I’ll order for my family members now! Amazing to be able to do repeat labs to see how changes I’m making are working! Thank you!

Really straightforward and honestly enjoyable. I really enjoyed the design of all the different parts of the kit. It was not completely painless, but in the grand scheme of needles, it was not bad at all. Close to a tiny pinch. Customer service has been extremely helpful and readily available each and every time I reached out. I’ve yet to receive my results, but so far it all really seems like a huge value. Highly recommend.

The whole process went smoothly. From the time I received my kit, to getting the sample done, and to mailing the sample back out was really easy and convenient. No more waiting for doctors and appointments, not to mention dealing with the insurance company where I would have to wait for 6 months to get another basic blood test done. I even got my results faster than my usual lab for the same bio markers Rythm provides. Well more than worth a try.
