Excellent Customer Service and the Convenience of Testing at Home!
Great experience and excellent customer service! I had a small issue with my test kit, and the Rythm team was quick to respond and arrange a replacement. What I love most is the convenience of being able to collect my samples and complete my tests from the comfort of my own home without having to go anywhere. It makes the entire process so much easier! Great concept, great service, and an amazing experience overall. Highly recommended!

Helpful and Direct
I’m currently sick and reached out to Rythm to ask how long I should wait to take my test. They responded quickly via text and clearly explained I should wait one week after feeling well again. Their back and forth response was kind, helpful and answered my question directly. I really appreciate the guidance.

Excellent Support!

Help with shipping issues

Super solid experience
Nico was prompt, polite and attentive. Did a quick check in to make sure that I didn’t have any questions and even paused my shipment while educating me on where to do it in the future. Good experience with Nico!!!
